I’m excited to share the foundation of my new program, designed specifically to support post-bariatric women dealing with the frustration of regain. My own experience with weight gain and self-doubt inspired this approach, and I know firsthand the power of reclaiming your path.

As I shared in my last newsletter, my journey with From the Piney Woods taught me that our past doesn’t define us; it prepares us. After attending an incredible three-day conference for motivational speakers, I gained fresh clarity on my purpose. I’m now equally passionate about helping post-bariatric women through this unique program, where we’ll focus on 3 Stepping Stones to Transform Post-Bariatric Regain: Maintenance, Movement, and Muscle.
